What is the difference between Live-Action Coverage and a Creative Shoot?
Live-action is purely documentary (capturing the raw emotion and action of the game), whereas a creative shoot is heavily directed, stylized, and utilizes specific lighting setups. Creative shoots are more geared towards the Athlete's Brand.
Do you provide the lighting and backdrops?
We provide all backdrops, lighting and shooting equipment. We are open to working with clients if you have a specific need for the project. Costs will be adjusted if we need to order specific equipment for project needs.
What is the turnaround time for deliverables?
For Live Action coverage, we will provide a sneak peak (usually 10-20 photos) within the first 24 hours of the shoot. The final deliverable package will be sent within two weeks of the shoot date. For video, the turnaround is project dependent and can range anywhere from two weeks to 3 months.
What's your cancellation policy?
To secure your date, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are strictly non-refundable. If the shoot is cancelled due to weather, the client can be issued a refund if they aren't able to reschedule.
Do you travel out of state?
I’m fully available for travel across the country for away games, tournaments, media days, and brand sessions. Travel-related expenses (such as mileage, flights, lodging, or per diem) will be billed directly to the final invoice. Alternatively, if your athletic department or organization prefers to book accommodations and flights directly for cost management, I am more than happy to coordinate with your logistics.
